Job Description
Role: Contracts Manager\nLocation: Hampshire\nSector: Modular\nSalary: £70,000 - £80,000 & Package\n\nAre you an experienced full turnkey Contracts Manager?\nWould you enjoy having full financial responsibility for delivering bespoke Modular projects?\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs a Contracts Manager, you will oversee programming, manage all commercial aspects, and efficiently allocate resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts, securing cost-effective agreements, and maintaining quality standards. You will also handle all quantity surveying duties, including cost planning, CVR reporting, and cashflow forecasting.\n\nThis is a pivotal role, requiring a comprehensive understanding of construction methods, legal compliance, and the ability to lead and motivate teams while ensuring client satisfaction.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOversee project finances, including cost estimation, CVR reporting, and cashflow forecasting.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.\nDevelop and monitor project schedules, ensuring alignment with client specifications and budgets.\nLead and motivate site teams to achieve performance and profitability targets.Essential Skills and Experience:\n\nStrong experience in construction, with expertise in JCT & NEC contracts.\nStrong financial and commercial acumen with quantity surveying experience.\nProven ability to manage negotiations, procurement, and supplier contracts.\nExceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
