Contracts Manager

A growing main contractor based in Redbourn is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. The company delivers high-quality new build and refurbishment projects across the residential, commercial, and public sectors, with project values ranging from £500k to £5 million.



Key Responsibilities:



* Oversee multiple construction projects from pre-construction to completion



* Manage project teams, subcontractors, and site operations



* Ensure delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards



* Maintain strong client relationships and lead project meetings



* Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure health & safety compliance



Requirements:



* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager with a main contractor



* Background in new build and refurbishment projects (£500k–£5m)



* Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills



* Full UK driving licence (site visits required)
