You will join a growing Commercial team that is making a real impact on the success of Impact Food Group.\nRole Responsibilities:\nContract Review\n * Reviewing contracts to ensure they meet the company's needs and comply with legal standards.\n * Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., sales) to gather information and define contract terms.\nContract Execution and Management\n * Ensuring contracts are executed correctly and in a timely manner.\n * Drafting addendums to existing contracts.\n * Managing the contract lifecycle, including tracking key dates, milestones, and deliverables.\n * Maintaining accurate records of all contracts and related documentation.\nCompliance and Risk Management:\n * Ensuring contracts comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.\n * Identifying and assessing potential risks associated with contracts and implementing mitigation strategies.\nCommunication and Stakeholder Management:\n * Serving as the primary point of contact for contracts\n * Communicating contract terms and obligations with sales\n * Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients.\nAbout You\nQualifications/Skills & Required Experience:\n * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: To evaluate contracts, identify risks, and resolve issues.\n * Excellent negotiation and communication skills: To effectively negotiate contracts and communicate with stakeholders.\n * Familiarity with contract law and regulations: To ensure contracts comply with legal requirements.\n * Attention to detail: To ensure accuracy and thoroughness in contract management.\n * Experience with contract management software and systems: To efficiently manage contracts and track performance.\n * Ability to work independently and as part of a team: To effectively manage contracts and collaborate with stakeholders.\n * Some legal background\n * Excellent with Word\nWhat We’d Love to Give You\nCompetitive salary\n25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays.\nCompany pension scheme.\nAccess to our extensive online Learning platform and development opportunities\nAn employee wellbeing platform.\nIFG rewards for highstreets discounts.\nAnnual Summer Party with company awards.\nAdditional Details\nIFG are committed to the safeguarding of children and our employees share this commitment.
