Building and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors

Overseeing site operations and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations

Problem-solving and resolving issues that arise during project execution

Managing budgets, cost control, and ensuring financial performance aligns with company objectives

Leading and mentoring project teams to achieve project successDesired Experience and Skills:



Proven experience in contract management, particularly in the planned maintenance and social housing sector

Strong understanding of building regulations, standards, and compliance requirements
