Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking for a new opportunity? Here at Aspirare, we have a role for a Contracts Manager to join an excellent company in the Glasgow are. The successful candidate will oversee contract management for construction projects, with a focus on steel pricing and large-scale operations.



Key Responsibilities:



* Lead the management of contracts for major projects across Scotland and England



* Oversee pricing of steel jobs and ensure cost-effective contract delivery



* Place supplier orders and manage materials to support contract execution



* Interpret drawings, programmes, and designs to align with contract requirements



* Prepare RAMS (Health & Safety) and maintain thorough contract documentation



* Coordinate work-in-progress meetings to monitor contract performance



* Utilise excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive success



Requirements:



* Minimum 5 years’ experience in contracts management within construction



* Proven track record of managing significant contracts efficiently
