To complement our core UPS expertise, FGC integrates a network of qualified partners to deliver coordinated generator and HVAC support services, ensuring full-spectrum reliability for mission-critical power systems.
Overall Responsibilities and Duties
- Ordering of equipment (issuing Purchase Orders)
- Coordination of labor and materials for Equipment sales
- Quality control (making sure the correct equipment is ordered/shipped)
- Logistical and timely coordination of project materials, resources, and vendors
- P&L tracking of projects to make sure they come in at or below projected budget
- Project submittals and status reports for weekly updates
- Job costing at close of project
- Manage all warranty activities on projects as required
- Resolving all issues regarding orders
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Attach post warranty contracts to all new equipment orders
- Ongoing prospecting of new CFM contract business
- Prospecting and research new business opportunities
- Attaining daily, weekly and monthly call/communication volume requirements
- Managing client relationship
- Creating strategic client asset lists for communication with FGC operations department
- Conveying clear and consistent contract based information to FGC operations department
- Review final quote for accuracy
- Close business to attain or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Consistently and accurately maintain the FGC CRM system (Facility Keys)
- Work with CFM leadership on corrective measure to increase sales productivity if necessary
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Be a driving force of the work ethic, culture and values within the company
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Five years sales or marketing experience desired
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with quotas and goals
- Experience seeking new customers a plus
Compensation
Salary: $60,000 Annually
Bonus: $6,000 - $9,000 Annually
Commission: $10,000 - 20,000 Annually
