Job Role: Workday Business Analyst - Finance and HR

Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support Workday Financials implementation and its integration with existing HR processes.
• Assess and communicate impacts of new financial functionality on current Workday HR modules.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions between HR, Finance, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate and support testing activities (SIT, UAT), including test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Monitor and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to system integration.
• Document process changes, integration impacts, and communicate updates to business stakeholders.
