Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of proposal and contract development, execution, and tracking
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, proposals, change orders, and related documents
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related communications
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define scopes of work
- Accurately enter new projects into ERP software
- Work closely with project managers, directors, and executives to ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Identify and communicate potential risks or liabilities in contracts
- Manage sub-consultant proposals and contracts, including insurance documentation
- Facilitate project kickoffs and ensure proper documentation and billing stages
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Conduct regular follow-ups and client check-ins to gather feedback
Qualifications
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract review or coordination
- Familiarity with general and professional liability insurance
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
