Contract Engineer

We are looking for a Contract Engineer for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Expected Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 24 months

Qualification and Experience Required:

• Relevant Experience: 8 Years Minimum
• Language Preference: English
• GCC Work Experience: Mandatory

Other requirements

• Experience in UAE/GCC projects (ADNOC standards preferred)
• Exposure to EPC/EPCM and subcontract administration

Services Description

• To administer, manage, and monitor contracts and subcontracts, ensuring commercial compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with project requirements, company policies, and client standards.
• Manage end-to-end contract administration for EPC/EPCM projects
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, amendments, and variations
• Evaluate and process change orders, claims, and contractual correspondences
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, project specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with procurement, legal, project, and finance teams on contractual matters
• Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and obligations
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks and contractual exposures
• Maintain accurate contract documentation, logs, and records
• Support preparation of tender documents, bid evaluations, and award recommendations
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contract-related issues
