What You'll Do: A Day in the LifeAs a Customer Operations Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience and supply chain efficiency. Here’s what your day might look like:
- Own and resolve customer order exceptions related to pricing, credit, inventory, systems, and transportation — always balancing cost efficiency with stellar service.
- Analyze data across multiple platforms to uncover opportunities for cost savings and service improvements — then take the lead to drive change.
- Collaborate with key internal teams and external partners to minimize future order exceptions and boost overall operational performance.
- Meet regularly with customers and brokers to troubleshoot issues, present updates, review metrics, and strengthen partnerships.
- Manage deduction balances and carryovers to hit key performance targets.
- ? Take charge of strategic tasks and projects that elevate the customer journey and optimize operations.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s Degree — we value education, but experience speaks volumes!
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Operations, Supply Chain, or a similar role.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking — you see patterns where others see puzzles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (SAP is a big plus!)
- A confident communicator and relationship-builder — you know how to influence, collaborate, and get things done.
