Do you enjoy transforming complex requirements into clear, reliable processes? Want to champion continuous improvement in a collaborative setting? At our Windsor, CT facility, you’ll be the force that keeps quality moving forward—every day.

Your challenge

  1. Create and institutionalize quality assurance processes and procedures so products consistently meet compliance and reliability targets.
  2. Run systematic inspections and audits, using findings to prioritize corrective and preventive actions.
  3. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, operations, and other partners to resolve quality issues at their source.
  4. Turn data into decisions—analyzing trends and KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  5. Develop clear, detailed reports and brief leadership on quality performance and risks.
  6. Co-build training content that elevates quality awareness across the organization.
  7. Track industry standards and regulatory changes to maintain full compliance.

What it takes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
  • Proven background in quality engineering or an equivalent capacity.
  • Mastery of quality management systems and methodologies.
  • Analytical rigor and strong problem-solving instincts.
  • Fluency with Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, and related quality tools.
  • Confident communicator—both in writing and in person.
  • Self-directed yet collaborative, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
