We're seeking an elite Content Marketing Manager to establish BuildX as the #1 trusted authority in accessory dwelling units (ADUs). You'll own our inbound marketing strategy, driving qualified leads through exceptional content that converts browsers into buyers.

Must-have: passion for storytelling, data-driven mindset, and obsession with performance metrics.

Core Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

• Execute Marcus Sheridan's "They Ask, You Answer" framework
• Publish 3+ pieces of high-converting content weekly
• Interview internal experts and craft compelling narratives
• Lead SEO strategy for maximum organic visibility

Lead & Sales Support

• Create premium content (ebooks, pillar pages, conversion assets)
• Manage email marketing campaigns and automated workflows
• Collaborate with sales team on content that closes deals
• Use analytics to optimize content performance

AI & Technology Integration

• Leverage AI tools to maximize content efficiency
• Optimize distribution across social media platforms
• Master Go High Level/HubSpot for lead nurturing

Requirements

Essential Skills

• Exceptional writing and editorial abilities
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Proficiency in Go High Level/HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMRush
• Strong interview and project management skills
• Data-driven decision making
• Team-first mentality

Background

• Degree in English, Journalism, or Public Relations
• Print/broadcast journalism experience
• Go High Level/HubSpot certifications
