ABOUT THE POSITION:

As our Consultant/Analyst, you will enjoy the opportunity to show initiative and organize yourself as an independent contractor (1099). This position will be best served by someone with a background in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Technology, specifically with experience in residential and multi-family construction. You will be performing Replacement Reserve Studies and property condition assessments for clients in Denver, CO and the surrounding area. This is an ideal work/life balance opportunity as our Consultant/Analyst in an established market.

As our chosen candidate, you will perform studies for established accounts and help expand our current client base. We provide training and the use of our state-of-the-art proprietary software. We are here to ensure your success.

Your compensation is a generous commission based on our account billings for each of your projects, with expense reimbursement. You will determine your annual income as your income is only limited by your willingness to accept assignments.

ABOUT YOU:

· You are excited about the opportunity to work from your home or office on your schedule

· Prefer to choose which assignments fit best with your schedule and lifestyle

· Familiar with computer use and computer technologies
