Yard Manager/ Material Delivery

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced construction yard manager. This position includes delivery material to various job sites as well as maintaining the construction yard and equipment. Job site locations are throughout the state of Florida. This is a full time position Mon- Friday.  A CDL is not required. Pay depends on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Loading and delivery/picking up material to jobsites

·       Maintaining material in the yard, ordering material as needed

·       Hauling equipment to jobsites

·       Maintaining company vehicles and construction equipment. Cleaning, scheduling services, etc

·       Maintain vehicle logs and delivery information

Requirements:

·       Must be 21 years of

·       Able to read, write and speak English

·       Legal Florida DL, clean driving record

·       Ability to haul trailers and equipment, knowledge of weight/length limits to load safely

·       Able to drive forklifts, skid steers

·       Able to lift 50lbs
