We are hiring a versatile and experienced Multi-Skilled Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various aspects of construction, including roofing, siding, framing, and flooring. You will play a vital role in diverse residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.

• Perform tasks related to roofing, including inspection, repair, tear-offs, and installation of various materials (shingles, tiles, etc.).
• Install and repair siding using different materials and techniques.
• Conduct framing work, which involves measuring, cutting, and assembling framing materials according to blueprints and specifications.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and safety plans.
• Assist other tradesmen and subcontractors as needed to ensure project completion.
• Load and unload building materials and tools, ensuring proper storage and organization at the end of each day.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site, adhering to all company, local, state, and OSHA safety regulations.
• Follow directions from the construction manager/supervisor and work effectively as part of a team.
