Now Hiring: Construction Technician
Location: Paris, TX
Pay: $15.00–$17.00/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (with possible OT)

We’re looking for a Construction Technician who’s hands-on, adaptable, and ready to jump into action every day. No two days are the same — and that’s what makes it exciting.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform general construction and restoration services
• Knock out punch list items and track progress
• Pick up and deliver materials
• Document job activities using the ManageIT Mobile app
• Work with subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met
• Be part of a team that truly makes a difference

✅ What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic math, written, and verbal communication
• Experience in restoration or construction ( but not required)
• A great attitude and willingness to learn
