Who We’re Looking For
\n
We are not looking for a generalist.
\n
We want someone who has deep, hands-on experience in:
\n
✔ Estimating commercial wet utility projects
\n
✔ Managing projects from precon through closeout
\n
✔ Underground water, sewer, and storm systems
\n
✔ Reading plans, performing takeoffs, and building accurate budgets

✔ Leading teams, coordinating field operations, and driving results

\n
What Sets This Role Apart
\n
This is a dual-role position for someone who can both:
\n
- \n
- Win the work (Estimating)
- Execute the work (Project Management)
\n
\n
\n
You’ll have the opportunity to:
\n
• Play a key role in project acquisition and execution
\n
• Work directly with leadership
\n
• Help shape operations and project success
\n
• Grow into a major contributor and long-term organizational leader
\n
\n
Why This Opportunity

This isn’t just another job — it’s a career move.

We are building a team of high-performing leaders who will become key drivers of the organization’s future growth.
\n
If you’re someone who:
\n
• Thinks like an owner
\n
• Takes pride in execution
\n
• Wants to be recognized and compensated at a high level
\n
• Is ready to step into a bigger role
\n
— then we should talk.
