Job Description

We’re seeking a passionate Construction Lecturer to join a pioneering education provider and inspire the next of construction professionals. This is your chance to teach, mentor, and make a real impact in an innovative, hands-on learning environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Deliver engaging lectures, workshops, seminars, and practical sessions across Level 4 Site Supervision, Quantity Surveying, and Building Services Engineering\n\n * Support learners’ progress, providing feedback and guidance to build confidence and skills\n\n * Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with industry standards\n\n * Conduct site visits and practical exercises to bring real-world experience into the classroom\n\n * Contribute to programme development and the ongoing improvement of construction education\n\nEmployment Benefits:\n\n * Salary: £38,000 per annum\n\n * Success bonus: £3,500 on completion of first year\n\n * Mileage allowance: £0.45/mile (first 10,000 miles), £0.25/mile thereafter, up to 1,300 miles/month\n\n * Laptop, PPE, and uniform provided\n\n * Hours: 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)\n\n * Flexible working opportunities\n\n * 3-month probation period\n\n * Holidays: 9 calendar weeks, including bank holidays\n\n * Accommodation provided if needed (food & beverage not included)\n\n * 25% discount in the café\n\nQualifications & Experience Required:\n\n * Level 4 qualification or higher in a relevant construction discipline (e.g., Site Supervision, Quantity Surveying, Building Services Engineering)\n\n * Industry experience in a construction management or technical role\n\n * Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one\n\n * Strong communication, organisational, and mentoring skills\n\n * Passion for supporting learners and helping them achieve their full potential\n\nWhy Join Us?\nThis isn’t just a teaching role — it’s an opportunity to revolutionise construction education, inspire learners, and use your real-world experience to shape the leaders of tomorrow.\n\nApply today and help construct the future of construction
