The Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and deadlines
  • Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
  • Manage and direct construction workers and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship
  • Identify and resolve issues or delays in construction processes
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients
  • Oversee the use of equipment and materials efficiently

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field )
  • Proven experience in construction, with supervisory or leadership responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
  • Basic computer skills (project management software is a plus)

Working Conditions:
