Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing poured in place foundations, slabs, CMU walls, concrete walls, wood framing, elevated decks, epicore and hollow-core ensuring that all work aligns with project specifications and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all phases of construction, including poured in place foundations, slabs, CMU walls, concrete walls, wood framing, elevated decks, epicore and hollow-core
• Manage on-site construction teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Review contract drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution and coordination with other trades.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to maintain project timelines.
• Communicate timely and effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and industry regulations.
• Identify and resolve any on-site challenges to avoid delays.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, prioritizing safety at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor.
• Proven experience in construction supervision, particularly in shell construction.
• Strong knowledge of concrete work, masonry, wood framing, and elevated decks
• Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and related technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus! We would love to have a bilingual candidate to better communicate with our team and clients.
