We are seeking an experienced and motivated Siding/ Roofing Construction Supervisor to oversee daily operations on residential and/or commercial job sites. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and capable of leading crews to deliver top‐quality workmanship safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

-Manage and supervise on‐site construction activities
-Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment
-Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
-Conduct daily site inspections and progress reports
-Communicate updates with project managers and clients
-Solve on-site issues quickly and effectively

Requirements:

-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Excellent leadership and problem‐solving skills
