The Construction Supervisor will oversee scattered site residential construction projects. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role involves frequent travel to project sites to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion. The supervisor will use tools such as Microsoft Office and Excel to facilitate project management, scheduling, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects from start to finish
• Supervise site activities and enforce safety compliance
• Lead and coordinate teams of 6-15 members
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
• Coordinate project schedules and resources efficiently
• Solve site-related problems and adjust plans as necessary
• Maintain communication with the Operations Director and other stakeholders
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel for project tracking and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction supervision
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of construction management principles
• Compliance with safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Project scheduling and budget management skills
• Proven team leadership and communication abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with quality assurance processes

Qualifications

• OSHA Safety Certification
