The Construction Supervisor will oversee ground-up projects primarily involving CMU, wood frame, and steel construction materials within the Tampa Bay area. This role requires strong organizational skills and field expertise to manage a medium team, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality standards while supporting project schedules. The supervisor will report directly to the Project Manager and occasionally travel regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities on-site, managing a team of 6-15 workers
• Ensure adherence to site safety protocols and OSHA standards
• Maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction
• Coordinate and manage project schedules to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with Project Manager and other stakeholders
• Monitor compliance with construction plans and specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure standards are met

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent
