MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organizing and overseeing jobsite administration
• Organizing and coordinating field operations
• Assisting in the development, monitoring, updating, and communicating the project schedule and its periodic revisions
• Managing the direct labor force and maintaining labor relations on-site
• Managing subcontractor schedules, quality-of-work, coordination with other trades, and payments
• Creating and maintaining a safe/secure job-site environment
• Quality Control of the project
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with the Owner, design professionals, building officials, local businesses, and police and fire departments
• Daily Reports
