Compri Consulting is seeking a Construction Superintendent for a direct hire, onsite position in AZ.

Role Overview Experienced Superintendent needed to manage multiple K-12 school construction projects from start to closeout. Responsibilities include subcontractor coordination, schedule management, safety oversight, and delivering projects on time while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Ensure safe job sites with zero-accident focus and full safety compliance.

\n

• Oversee multiple commercial projects, including CPM scheduling and subcontractor performance.

\n

• Coordinate work per plans/specifications and resolve field issues.

\n

• Prepare daily reports and support project closeout.

\n

\n

\n

Requirements

\n

\n
• 6+ years as Superintendent with a General Contractor on commercial projects.

\n

• Strong CPM scheduling and team leadership skills.

\n

• OSHA 10/30 .

\n

• Extensive experience with Procore construction management platform

\n

\n
