• 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up and renovation projects.

• Proven experience in commercial and residential construction, with a focus on high-end finishes and ground up construction

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

\n

• Familiarity with construction management software and field documentation.

\n

• NYC experience is a plus.
