Job Description

We Search People are currently working with a well-established construction and consulting firm that is looking to bring on an experienced General Superintendent with a strong background in heavy civil and highway projects.

This is a key leadership role overseeing field operations across multiple large-scale infrastructure projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing daily field operations across multiple heavy civil/highway projects
• Managing and mentoring superintendents, foremen, and field teams
• Driving project schedules, safety, quality, and productivity
• Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with DOT standards, regulations, and company procedures

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a General Superintendent
• Strong background in heavy highway, roadwork, earthwork, and infrastructure projects
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and field operations
