Cannon Enterprises is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Construction Superintendent to oversee our on-site field operations. The Superintendent serves as the general contractor's primary representative on the job site, managing day to day activities from initial groundbreaking to final punch list completion. The role is critical to ensuring our projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest industry standards of quality. This ideal candidate will be a strong field leader with exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of trade coordination, and a strict commitment to OSHA safety protocols. Valid OSHA 30-Hour Certification.

Valid Driver's License.

Field Management & Operations

Supervise daily site operations, managing all field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure a cohesive workflow.

Coordinate material deliveries, manage equipment allocation, and oversee warehouse or on-site stock management.

Lead daily morning alignment meetings with subcontractors to lay out the day's task, goals, and safety guidelines.

Maintain site cleanliness, layout, and overall orderliness to optimize productivity and minimize hazards!
