ServiceMaster of Seattle is a Disaster Restoration Company serving Washington State and beyond. We mitigate and restore properties damaged by floods, fires, windstorms, freezes, etc. We have been in business since 1984 and are a Award-winning company based in Woodinville WA. We are seeking an energetic Construction Superintendent. The Superintendent is responsible for assisting the Team with completion of construction-related projects in a professional and timely manner. 

Full-time 

Woodinville, WA • Construction 

Overall Responsibilities Duties: 

• Meeting with homeowners and business owners to review the project. 
• Maintaining a budget for each job. 
• Creating job schedule, scheduling of subcontractors and ordering of materials. 
• Taking assigned projects to completion based on written scope of repairs. 
• Developing professional relationships and working with subcontractors. 
• Responsible for the finished product of the subcontractors and overall quality of the job. 
• Updating production files and paperwork and maintaining detailed job notes including conversations with customer in job management software. 
• Customer Service duties, including problem resolution. 
• Following written production procedures. 
• Obtaining permits and meeting with building inspectors and mortgage company inspectors.

Vacation – 

· 90th Day - 1st year= 1 week (1 week equals five 8-hour days) 

· 2nd- 4th year= 2 weeks 

· 5th- 14th year= 3 weeks 

· 15th year and on= 4 weeks 

This position offers an annual rate of $60 – 70k a year, plus uncapped bonuses.
