We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to cover the Seattle, Washington area to join our team!
You will oversee Jobsite Safety, Project and Scheduling.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years previous experience in Commercial Construction
- Familiarity with construction management software a plus (Procore)
- OSHA 30 Certified required
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Travel required
