We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on a diverse portfolio of projects across the Orlando area.

This role will focus on both interior build-outs and ground-up construction, with a strong emphasis on retail spaces and automotive dealerships.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of driving projects from pre-construction through closeout while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for interior and ground-up projects
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure timely and high-quality execution
• Coordinate daily site operations, including scheduling, logistics, and inspections
• Ensure strict adherence to project plans, specifications, and local building codes
• Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or issues
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to project stakeholders
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and clients
• Support project closeout, punch lists, and final inspections

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Proven experience with retail build-outs and/or automotive dealership construction
• Strong understanding of ground-up construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in construction scheduling and project management tools
• OSHA certification
