We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to join our team! You will oversee projects from start to close out. We are general contractors who perform 98% of our work in the DOD commercial sector. Large portions of our projects are self-performed. Pay DOE.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of a construction project
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Maintain safety standards on the site
• Interface with project inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with subcontractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial construction Supervision or other related fields is a must.
• Familiarity with construction management software.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• Strong ability to accurately read and understand blueprints and perform quantity take-offs.
