Job Description

Looking for a truly relationship minded construction manager that enjoys working in more that negotiated, design/build environment, and wants to be a part of a solid team. This company is a true developer/builder with an excellent reputation in South Florida and offers everything a candidate could be looking for including compensation, growth, stability, challenging and complex projects, and finally a fun and exciting work environment.

They have been in business 45+ years, and do almost 100% negotiated work in commercial, retail, multifamily, office, and industrial.

Due to growth they need to add a Superintendent to their growing Fort Lauderdale office.

Below are the requirements for this role:

· 10+ years' experience in general contracting working on wide variety of project types

· A team builder and team player

· Experience building commercial projects in the $10M-$50M range

· Ability to deal directly with clients
