Superintendent for a mid-size firm, with over 250 employees. Superintendent with experience running projects 10 million to 100 million, jobs located Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Orlando. This Superintendent opening is located in Ft. Lauderdale, Degree not required, degree is a + for growth to management faster, BS degree in construction management or related field.  Experience on Schools, multifamily, Parks, and more for this General Contractor, 2nd firm, and employee stock ownership firm.

Must have excellent computer skills, organized, with CM@risk, Word, and other software.
