Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, execution, and implementation. Extensive experience with residential, commercial, and/or Church construction is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of a construction project from planning to implementation and construction
• Allocate material and equipment resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Work seamlessly with the company's Project Managers and company executives
• Interface with local, state, and federal project inspectors, other contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate and manage contractors to ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications, and track and document all changes
• Maintain daily job logs for all work done on-site

Qualifications:

• A degree in building construction management, Architecture, engineering, or a related field is
• Previous experience as a Lead Superintendent (residential experience will be considered)
• A minimum of 5 years as a Lead Superintendent is
• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with new ground-up construction projects is
• Familiarity with extensive renovation projects is
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
