Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up hotel construction projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to manage complex hospitality builds, maintain strict safety and quality standards, and consistently deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily field operations for ground-up hotel construction projects
• Coordinate with inspectors, city and county officials, and regulatory agencies
• Enforce rigorous jobsite safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings
• Lead and manage field personnel including Assistant Superintendents, Project Engineers, and subcontractors
• Identify issues early, resolve field challenges, and keep project progress on track
• Maintain accurate documentation such as job logs, reports, and correspondence
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; determine sequencing and execution strategies
• Build and sustain strong relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors
• Provide ongoing project updates to Project Managers, including milestones, risks, and schedule impacts
• Ensure overall project success through disciplined management of safety, budget, quality, and timelines

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent overseeing ground-up construction, preferably hotel or hospitality projects
• Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management platforms, as well as Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams in a fast-paced environment
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency
