Construction Superintendent (Electrical) in Phoenix
Job Description
My client is a major contractor at the TSMC job site in North Phoenix. The Electrical Superintendent will oversee day‑to‑day jobsite operations at TSMC in North Phoenix, to coordinate multiple field crews of 100+ subcontractors, ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to plan. This role requires strong leadership, deep electrical construction knowledge, and experience working on large commercial or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead field operations for large‑scale electrical construction projects
- Manage electricians, foremen, and subcontractors
- Coordinate work with project managers, engineers, and other trades
- Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with company and site standards
- Oversee installation of conduit, cable tray, busway, and power distribution systems
- Maintain project schedule, productivity, and quality standards
- Participate in coordination meetings and construction planning
- Support commissioning, testing, and final project turnover

Required Qualifications
\n
- \n
- 10+ years of electrical construction experience
- Experience supervising large commercial or industrial electrical projects
- Previous experience as a Superintendent or Foreman
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices and jobsite coordination
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- experience working on data centers, semiconductor fabs, or mission‑critical facilities
- Experience coordinating large electrical crews and complex installations
- Familiarity with fast‑track construction schedules
- OSHA training or equivalent safety certifications
- Cutsheets, scheduling, reporting, budgeting, pre-planning, field & trailer work locations
