We are a specialized Design-Build Construction Management firm focused on complex industrial and manufacturing projects, including energy, chemical, oil & gas, and high-tech production facilities. Our projects shape the future of industrial infrastructure, and we’re seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations and help drive success.

Position Summary

The Construction Superintendent will oversee all aspects of field operations on large-scale industrial projects. This includes supervising subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, coordinating schedules, and ensuring work aligns with project specifications. You’ll serve as a key leader on the ground, promoting excellence and accountability throughout every stage of the build.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day job site operations and subcontractor coordination
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and trades
• Enforce safety, quality control, and site security standards
• Ensure construction aligns with plans, specs, and contract documents
• Assist in the development and implementation of on-site procedures
• Support project scheduling and ensure timelines are met
• Conduct daily field meetings and generate progress updates
• Review design documents for constructability and discrepancies
• Ensure permits, inspections, and compliance documentation are up to date

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in industrial or commercial construction
• Proven track record with ground-up construction, new builds, and major renovations
• Strong blueprint reading skills and knowledge of project cost analysis
• Proficient with construction management software and scheduling platforms
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Tech-savvy and capable of managing digital documentation and field reports
