Take the helm on commercial construction projects, guiding field operations, schedules, and budgets to success. As a Construction Superintendent, you’ll manage all site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline goals. Your leadership will inspire teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure client satisfaction from groundbreaking to closeout.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management or equivalent field experience
- 8+ years managing commercial construction projects in the field
- Proven experience supervising commercial construction projects, with strong MEP knowledge
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Experience in healthcare/pharma, higher education, or K-12 projects
- Ability to manage budgets, labor schedules, and project progress efficiently
- Willingness to travel within Illinois, Indiana, and surrounding states as required
