Overview
Hayes Construction Services Corp accepting resumes for Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety regulations. This role requires proficiency in construction management software and the ability to interpret schematics and contracts effectively.

Duties:

• Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Schedule and Supervise subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support to maintain high-quality standards.
• Utilize construction management software such as Procore for project tracking and reporting.
• Review schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including contracts, change orders, and daily logs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with interpreting schematics, blueprints, and contract documents.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
• In-depth understanding of OSHA regulations and safety practices in construction environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
