Construction Superintendent in Beaverton

Fulcrum Construction Company is looking for a seasoned Project Superintendent to lead field operations in Beaverton, Oregon.

As Project Superintendent, you will be the primary leader on-site, responsible for driving safety, quality, and schedule success across commercial, multi-family, and public works projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities and supervise field teams and subcontractors
• Champion daily safety meetings and maintain a zero-incident mindset
• Oversee scheduling, sequencing, and coordination of trades
• Conduct thorough quality inspections and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
• Manage project schedule, budget, and resource allocation in the field
• Resolve field issues quickly and effectively with architects, engineers, and owners
• Maintain accurate daily reports, documentation, and progress tracking in Procore
• Foster strong, professional relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Mentor assistant superintendents and craft personnel

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent with a general contractor
• Strong background in commercial, multi-family, or public works construction
• OSHA 30 certification (required)
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, means, and safety regulations
• Proficiency with Procore and scheduling software
• Valid Oregon driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work full days on active job sites across the Portland Metro area
