• Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee daily site operations ensuring safety and quality standards
• Coordinate schedules to maintain timely project delivery
• Manage subcontractor performance and communication
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies
• Facilitate moderate interaction with clients regarding project progress

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of project management and safety regulations
• Proficiency in blueprint reading
