The Superintendent is responsible for:

• Providing overall administrative and technical management at the construction project site.
• Managing all on-site construction activities including, self-perform labor, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Administration of the jobsite safety program and quality management.
• Overall schedule coordination and supervision.

The right Superintendent has the following qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong background in large-scale hospital / healthcare projects
• Bachelors' degree in Construction Management
• MA CSL, OSHA 10, OSHA 30
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively
• Ability to work with and manage multiple people
• Understands building plans and specs
• Safety standards knowledge and enforcement
• Proficiency with construction management software
• Thorough knowledge of Corporate/Industry Safety standards
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A track record of successfully delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget
• Working knowledge of CPM schedule, cost report and labor production report
• Thorough knowledge of corporate quality program and subcontract
