Role Description

The Superintendent will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, managing site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and communicating project progress to all stakeholders. The role requires close attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective team leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management, project supervision, and site coordination
• Knowledge of construction processes, blueprints, and building codes
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Commitment to ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on the job site
• Carpentry experience is a plus.
