As the Construction Superintendent, you will take ownership of all phases of neighborhood infrastructure construction. From managing subcontractors to securing final city approval, this role will serve our trade partners and future homeowners with a unifying attitude and mind towards excellence throughout the project. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Deliver Arise Homes quality and value.
  • Represent Arise Homes in a positive and professional manner in and outside of company.
  • Build relationships daily with trade partners, vendors, and Arise Team Members.
  • Manage and assume responsibility for all work performed in the construction phase that you are assigned.
  • Attend daily production meetings promptly and be prepared to answer any questions.
  • Ensure trade partners complete their work on time and to Arise standard of quality.
  • Inspect all work for quality and completion for payment approval.
  • Schedule and direct trade partners daily.
  • Ensure jobs are being completed within budget and submit VPOs for additional necessary items.
  • Make sure each home site is clean at every stage, every home, with every trade.
  • Develop an organized system that promotes efficiency and timely responsiveness.
  • Complete In Progress Inspections within 10 working hours.
  • Communicate with the Construction Manager about construction progress, needs, and concerns.
  • Have knowledge of city codes and hold trade partners accountable to these codes.
  • Continue to improve the quality of the finished home daily.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

The Construction Superintendent reports to the Construction Manager.


JOB HOURS

  • 40-45 hours per week (7:45am-5pm, M-F)
  • Lunch meetings are occasionally required.
  • After hours and weekends may be necessary on occasion for trips, events, or to meet deadlines.
  • Travel is occasionally required.
