Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction management staff, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction projects. This position is ideal for someone with a proven track record in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget in the small to mid-sized commercial and residential sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all onsite activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment.
• Ensure projects are completed according to design, budget, and schedule.
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and monitor progress.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and punch lists.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure project goals are met.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
• Manage and motivate onsite personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with project management to address any changes or modifications to the project scope.
• Full-time hours, Monday through Friday, are standard. However, flexibility is required to meet project deadlines and address any urgent issues that may arise. Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary, especially during critical project phases or to accommodate client schedules.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in small to mid-sized general contracting.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• OSHA certification .
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
