Job Description:Are you a construction professional with a passion for excellence? We are currently seeking a Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of construction projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to meet project objectives.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols on the construction site.
• Maintain quality control and ensure workmanship meets company standards.
• Keep accurate records of project progress, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
• Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in construction management software.
• OSHA certification.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
