Your role as the Superintendent is critical in ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.

We are currently seeking a Superintendent who prides themselves on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceeding the expectations of their clients.

As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting contracts, subcontract documents, drawings, and specifications under the direction of the General Superintendent.
• Check and verify subcontractor layout to ensure compliance with established control, line, and grade.
• Monitoring production and recording rates in a logbook for future scheduling.
• Maintaining a set of production documents and updating them daily to maintain an accurate picture of work in place.
• Report any field conditions and issues to the stakeholders.
• Monitoring job progress on-site, checking all work to ensure compliance with contract documents and the Quality Control Program.
• Plan and prepare documentation to facilitate the closeout process.
• Work with and coach field engineers on the project to facilitate their skills development.
• Maintain the Construction Management Plan and logistical coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of showcasing excellent leadership and communication skills and schedule adherence, delivering $10M+ projects on time and within budget.
