GPAC has partnered with a well-established civil construction company in Wisconsin to find an experienced
Civil Construction Superintendent
to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on keeping projects on track, teams motivated, and work delivered to the highest standards.
What You'll Do:
Lead daily field operations for civil construction projects (roadways, utilities, sitework, etc.)
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment to meet schedule and budget goals
Monitor work for quality, safety, and compliance with plans/specifications
Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and inspectors
Track production quantities, prepare daily reports, and address field challenges quickly
Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA and company safety policies
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of superintendent or foreman experience in heavy civil construction
Strong knowledge of sitework, earthwork, paving, and utility installation
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews
Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
OSHA 30 certification
