This role requires frequent travel to multiple job sites, often involving overnight stays, and regular, though minimal, client interaction. Candidates must be experienced with manufactured homes and possess their own tools and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution and coordinate with small teams (1-5 members)
• Manage materials effectively to ensure timely availability
• Adhere to and enforce safety compliance standards on job sites
• Conduct quality assurance to maintain construction standards
• Communicate regularly with clients, balancing site work with minimal client contact
• Provide and maintain own tools for all subcontracted work
• Use reliable transportation to travel frequently between multiple residential job sites
• Travel and stay overnight as required to support project demands

Qualifications
